This specialized library is open to the public; membership is free and available to all Manitobans over the age of 18.

Members from rural Manitoba can have audio/visual and book resources sent out by bus.
Borrowers are responsible for the round trip shipping charges. Time for shipping is added to the lending period so that rural and northern members are not penalized.
